Fees and other expenses

The following fees and expenses are charged to investors of Nippon Value Investors’ investment services or products.
1. Fees, etc.
Generally, investment management fees to be calculated by applying certain pre-determined fee rates to the asset amount to be managed shall be payable, but since such calculation methods or fee rates shall vary due to the asset amount to be managed and other conditions of the investment management agreements, we cannot present specific fee rates, calculation methods or upper limits of such investment management fees on this website. We may also apply contingent fees (or combination of the above-mentioned investment management fees and contingent fees) pursuant to agreements with clients or others, but since specific terms of such contingent fees may vary depending on the agreements with the clients or others, we are not able to present calculation methods or upper limits of such contingent fees on this website.
2. Trading fees and other fees for portfolio assets
Clients pay indirectly for the costs of buying and selling portfolio assetsand other fees. The amount of these indirect expenses differs depending on the nature of each transaction, the brokers used and other items. Consequently, no percentages, maximum amounts or other specific figures can be provided in advance.
